Information sources used
Statistics on flows of foreign immigrants to France are produced by a range of bodies, each using their own institutional standards. None of them cover all inflows.
INED has produced annual totals of admissions to France, constructed from the data of the French Ministry of the Interior and those of the Office des migrations internationales (OMI) in compliance with international recommendations. These statistics can be accessed by clicking "Annual tables of admission" in the menu.
